The following trading conditions are written in German language and can be loaded by the customer into its main memory. When desired they can be requested under the email address bestellung@mwnet.org in digital form. They can be handed out to the customer additionally with each goods delivery.

§ 7 terms of payment

(1) MWNET SC issues the customer for the ordered commodity a bill, which is handed out to him on supply of the commodity. MWNET SC supplies against Vorkasse, cash on delivery or bill. Pre-payments are considered during the rendering of invoice. During payment on Rechung (bill purchase over paymorrow) the ordered commodity is dispatched and/or delivered together with the bill to the customer. The purchase price is due within 30 (thirty) calender dates after invoice date for payment.

(2) prices on the bill are always end customer prices inclusive value added tax.
